Plans For A Dunk Tank Game I Am Planning A Client/employee Appreciation Cook-out For October. Would Like Some Fun Ideas?

I am planning a client/employee appreciation cook-out for October. Would like some fun ideas? - plans for a dunk tank game

Let me give you some details. My business consists of leasing property to wholesalers. A 140 properties with about 300 participants at this event / Cook-out. I would like to express my gratitude to them for providing an afternoon of fun and good food expression. Steaks, fried potatoes, the works of foods ...

I want a sorta "Autumn Festival" type of atmosphere. It is casual. On Sunday afternoon, 4 to 6 is the deadline, but may take longer. October is still warm and hot weather.

I thought a tank would dunk "funny? With Me (aka Boss) in the tank? But now I'm not doing something else too! I want it around them in fun! The age group ranges from teens to seniors, so I need the corresponding activities. "Cost" is not a problem for these wonderful people. I do not need a party planner or websites. I prefer to work the good ideas of the mind.

10 points for the best idea!

One question that the West is the year high. Why not a picnic, old fashion: barrel racing, three legged race, egg throwing water balloons, checkers, croquet, darts, patio, treasure hunts, pony rides and should respect all the physical attractiveness of the environment in the country. Tables covered in red and white tablecloths. Guests can not resist, a mechanical bull, throw horseshoes, use costumes from Western countries, line-dance and a little clown.

You're never old to rent a moon walk! It would be fun, too, have a day "field" nature of the event, as we have in our school years. Potato sack race, egg in spoon race, moving into the apples, throw Dodgeball .... around the world are divided into teams! I want my employer to make something fun!

And bingo is ideal for less active people!

On his experience, let me advise you not do with a water tank. This is one of those things that always seems to be a good idea, but it's like a ton of bricks. That is how it is. I also suggest that the DJ, if not already thought of.

Now I am a former organizer for a picnic, but I read your question correctly, so I do not talk in general. Let me give some concrete ideas:

A theme is "Autumn Festival to discover the hiking hey, if you have to do country. I know that are generally more effective at night, but if the weather is too hot or too humid, it remains an explosion.

I remember one thing I was after that just great. I went to a museum (more experience culture outside), and leads the subjects indicate that the audience never shot milk the cows give it a listen. Having never done this, thought it was an absolute blast. Try to do something, like maybe a milking contest. Really, nothingWorking with farm animals fit into a celebration of the "traps" atmosphere that can chase a pig with a meaningful gift voucher to the winner.

Since they have no idea where you live, if there is a kind of rural population in your area (bluegrass, Appalachian, etc.) why not (a decent local band, or maybe even play a favorite regional) to exist in the event.

As you already know that food is a winner, you can start a "bag of surprises mount for our guests, with some molasass home or in another country without stopping house where people could buy was in a shop, but a wish rural environment.

I hope that at least one of these sparks a good idea.
